Dire Threads ships from Kelowna, BC (Canada)

Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

 

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

We process and fulfill orders 1-2 times a week.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. 

Once your order has been inducted into the postal system, delivery times are estimated as:

USA: 1-4 days*

Canada: 3-14 days* (most orders arrive within 1 week)

International: 4-14 days*

*Please note that these are estimated based on postal service standards and are not guaranteed shipping times. If you have a tracking number it means that your order is on the way! 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Dire Threads will not take responsibility for lost in transit, stolen, or damaged packages. Once the package is en route it is your responsibility to track it and be there to receive it.

Dire Threads will not take responsibility and has no control over any possible duties or customs fees. We are not responsible for processing delays, transfers to your local carriers in your country, mail strikes, etc.
